Cooking feeds your body, mind, and soul. Many assume that cooking healthful foods is complicated, but nothing could be further from the truth. Wellness cooking is not about mounting sauces with butter, or creating towering architectural mounds of culinary frivolity. Wellness foods speak for themselves. Wellness foods require minimal interference from us, and are best when subjected to simple cooking methods- sauteeing, roasting, steaming. I like to sum up my approach like this: buy the best, freshest ingredients and then try not to mess them up!
